1. Thank you.look nice but the battery pretty hot... fix it to cool the battery.. I can feel the phone battery heating up when use this appWow,wow,wow very cool app i like the dinosaurs very much and the others are also amazingdidn't quite get the gipse of it my understanding of a flat surace is laying the phone down now how am I supposed to do this when I have to position the camera? anyhow idk dosnt work for me and battray gets hot to hand just affter 1 minute of use.This totally sucks..it doesn't explain anything and it doesn't work...awful...DELETELiterally does not work only can put Dino laggy and crashesI like this app but add some more Samung devices like S20 ultra Gear VR etcAfrican American born with hazel eyes.

1. Fix Samsung AR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Samsung AR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Samsung AR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Samsung AR" » Open Samsung AR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Samsung AR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Samsung AR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samsung AR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samsung AR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Samsung AR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samsung AR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung AR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samsung AR then reinstall.
