Excellent system!This is such a great app with so many opportunities for retails associates to stay involved and learning about all of the exciting things samsung has to offer! I really enjoy the ability to pull up any information I need about specific devices as a sales tool out on the floor.

My Samsung representative has even taken note of the issues I've been having, such as answers being cut off during quizzes, Pages not loading, app freezing up and even crashing.Even though the fold 4 has been out for a while the app stills needs updated for Samsung Fold 4 because it cuts off the words on the right hand side.

How is Samsung going to make a app that can't even be viewed correctly on their own phone.Prizes are very lacking, nothing available to order, I had points expiring for some odd reason, app said I was inactive for 90 days, what no way, maybe a day or two not 90 days....I have used this app for about 3 years now.
