1. Waste of time.just started this, not sure how it works completely.Lots of information, and real people willing to work with you on a personal level.Only works if you have certain employer benefits.

2. Downloaded the app and now every time I click 'LOGIN' it redirects saying account already exists please login.

3. Every time I put in my personal information it says record nor foundI signed up through the website.

4. Have tried new passwords and multiple other things just a constant loop.

5. Please help.Cant get passed the welcome screen, it wants a survey but when you click on Lets Go it does nothing.

6. In 2022 I tried to sign uo and it told me my insurance would offer starting 1/1/23.

9. So from the time I collected the sample to the appointment was almost 2 months.

1. Fix Cylinder Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cylinder Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cylinder Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cylinder Health" » Open Cylinder Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cylinder Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cylinder Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cylinder Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cylinder Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cylinder Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cylinder Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cylinder Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cylinder Health then reinstall.
