1. I am runing the app on my android galaxy s22 and after the last uodate im not able to read the notes on my dispatch, it used to run pretty good before the last update, but now it just doesnt work, i hope you guys can fix the issueI can't log into the App even when Mobile Express sends me an email confirming my Username & Password are correct!Has a bug when my phone is landscape mode.this app needs help, ive been trying to get it fixed for almost a month, will not crop around document, and turns phone camera into magnifying glass, so its worthless, i have to take pictures with phone camera, download them onto phone, transfer them over to pcs.

2. techs are calling and giving suggestions, That dont work, so go back to the drawing board and get it fixed.When up loading photo files you have to go back & forth into the photo gallery instead of being allowed to select all photos pertaining to a specific load number then edit, classify & upload.

3. If my boss is getting this service for free he is paying too much!The number of times this app asks me to click "ok" is ridiculous.

4. ALL of the prompts asking me to click "ok" are 100% not needed and a complete waste of time.

5. You guys should start a gofundme page and use the money to hire someone who knows how computers work.

6. Too images don't expand , they're not able to be blown up to better inspect or slide thru all photos at once and approve them.

7. Stop waiting for me to click ok and just do it.Asks me to click "ok" or "cancel" too much.

8. The same issues when inspecting up loads your not allowed to inspect them all at one time it's back & forth.

9. If your using this app, there is a law suit that is starting soon against PCS for failing to adhere to FMSCA rules for recording drivers logs.

10. Reminds me a lot of windows when they would ask if you wanted to shut your computer down immediatly after you clicked the shut down button.

11. 👎🏿👎🏾👎🏽👎🏼Fails to load at the worst possible times, just a blank screen.

1. Fix PCS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PCS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PCS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PCS" » Open PCS Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PCS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PCS Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PCS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PCS Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PCS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PCS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PCS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PCS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PCS not working

2. Fix PCS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PCS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PCS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PCS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
