I had advise the company to work on showing transfer done with phone and transfer recieved to the account be visible on the transactions history on the POS itself.The app is very ok for now am enjoying the fast way of transaction, i like the app but the size is not really complete on my TAB some things are not showing like my password and some others, you should please work on the size and maintain a good service/networkI like your stable network in terms of fast service.

Palmpay may NOT be the Best, But it is second to none.The app is super good and the network is okay but the only issue is that I changed my phone but I'm unable to log into the app again because every time I attempts logging in it keeps saying that "you cannot log in into the palmpay agent at this time, please try again" Which is really frustrating and annoyingI couldn't login to my agent app.

You guys have to add that useful feature to your POS terminals so that your agents can do direct card transfer from Card to customers account without first going through withdrawal process.Palmpay LIMITED is doing her best towards meeting customers' satisfaction by bringing new and advanced futures on the app.

5. I have contacted customer care, they kept telling me nothing is wrong with the account but each time I try login in, it kept saying "failed, cannot login now".I like the swiftness of response from the customer care agent.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PalmPay Business Issues

1. Fix PalmPay Business Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  5. Uninstall and reinstall PalmPay Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PalmPay Business then reinstall.
