Be happy very easy to use all you need is your details and the issue have your passport and your face recognition and that's it I'm so happy with the Reds and the exchange of the moneyI have been used this app for so long and now they start reguestely for my bank CVV number and if not, I can't send money out and in that case, I think Transfergo is planning to jobs peoples money like frauds and because everybodys know about giving out bank account CVV number is a RISK and dangerous so for that, I don't trust transfergo app NO MOREBest app for transferring money ever.

Thanks and highly recommend to peopleit was like a magic on how fast the money got sent immediately after my payment is verified, though i have been using TransferWise for a very long time now so i have so much trust on them, just because i have never been disappointed.Sent money from one card to another, Transfer Go took the money from the account and then has given recipient error even though all details were correct.

3. This was how I lost my $401.00 i complained to them again , they logged me out from the app and I couldn't log in again..I won't recommend this app to anyone because you will loose your money.Transfer was made within 3 minutes, I have never experienced it this fast before.

4. I initiated a transfer order and paid through a bank transfer and they come back to tell me that they don't accept cash deposit whereas I've made transfer to the account they provided.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TransferGo Issues

1. Fix TransferGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TransferGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TransferGo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TransferGo" » Open TransferGo: Money Transfer » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TransferGo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TransferGo: Money Transfer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TransferGo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TransferGo: Money Transfer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TransferGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TransferGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TransferGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TransferGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TransferGo not working


2. Fix TransferGo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TransferGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TransferGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TransferGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
