1. Got a lige smart watch which connects to tfit everything seemed ok except could not connect to control my music(youtube music) and could not find any info on the internet about troubleshooting this, it's fully connected to everything else.not to much going on in this app oh and the camera is rubbish once connected.oh and why is there two different tfit apps on google they both seem to be the same one??would also be nice if you could change the length of time the clock face stays on for.This app sucks! Never reconnects if I move away from my phone and I can't get it to play my music.

2. Very hard to link with the watch even the Bluetooth is connected.I can't put my wallscreen on my watch anymore and it pisses me off easy to disconnect always have to reconnect it, it is not worth the money or this app hopefully they'll make changes but I doubt itYou have quality watch but this apps is not reconnecting once you move away from the phone and come back, please fix this bug let it reconnect like others.Will not connect watch to the phone, but its detected on bluetooth.

3. The weather is also stuck in Celsius.Very disappointed with this app, Full with bugs.

1. Fix Tfit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tfit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tfit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tfit" » Open Tfit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tfit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tfit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tfit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tfit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tfit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tfit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tfit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tfit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tfit not working

2. Fix Tfit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tfit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tfit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tfit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
