However, I need an app to be able to sync and track my progressSo far this app sucks yeah it's very straight forward on how to connect but I have my bluetooth on my phone on and it just keeps telling me to turn the bluetooth on! plus you can't find any information online on how to connect it or adjust the time!CANNOT SYNC WATCH WITH PHONES OR TABLETS! we can pair it to the device itself, but the app is a NO GO! so apparently we are not the only ones with connection issues.

2. Yes bluetooth is on, tried restarting both watch and devices, nothingWon't connect via bluetooth, keeps saying i must turn my bluetooth on which it is.

3. It was also confusing: when Bluetooth on the app said 'connected', it wasn't connected, and when it said 'Disconnected', it was connected!" But once it synced, she said overall the watch is great!My finger is sore from tapping repeatedly during many failed connection attempts.

5. I uninstalled the app and connected the wristband to my phone through Bluetooth settings and my phone maintained a connection, so I have to assume the problem is the app (not the wristband).

7. The app does not work on all Android phones.There are more cons than pros with this app, PROS: • Can track your current data from your watch in a pretty good way.

9. IT IS ON! Basically renders my new tracker watch pointless! App uninstalled and I shall be returning the watch/tracker.Terrible app! This app recognized my wristband ONCE, for about five minutes, then never again.

10. The sync message completion bar on the watch doesn't update so it looks hung but eventually completes and exits.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SmartFit Issues

1. Fix SmartFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SmartFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SmartFit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartFit" » Open SmartFit - Wristband » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartFit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SmartFit - Wristband app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartFit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartFit - Wristband" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SmartFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartFit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartFit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartFit not working


2. Fix SmartFit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
