1. I would recommend next updates adds a locscreen and fix wiping out of the current records of the day and add gpsIt needs access to, phone logs, phone records, text logs, location.

2. Well this "smart" watch worked great for about 2 yrs and all the sudden, can't get it to sync to my phone or watch! App hasent had an update in over 8months, not working no matter what I try.

3. Don't wish to use for calls, texts or photos, only steps, cardio and calorie things... but it won't even open without granting all permissions! So bought product is a total waste.

4. I also hate the fact that so much access to personal data on my phone is required in order to get the APP to function.Insists on granting all access.

5. Another little gripe is that the only way to turn-off the App is to turn the phone off & on.This app needs work done to improve the connectivity between the tracker & the phone.

6. Why cant I just connect my watch without you saying on everything I do?Device works fine, but battery live is no more than 3 days after 6 months of use.

7. It worked well with my watch for a week or so ,them so called monitors stopped syncing so it rendered the APP useless and unreliable.

8. The tracker will easily last a week if I uninstall the app & don't try to connect it with the phone.

9. However, it is disappointing that to take a Blood Pressure reading I need to trigger it via the App on every occasion, which of course means it cannot take readings through the night while I am asleep.

10. Developers prob forgot about this and have failed to keep up with their end of making it useful! Oh and their website, dont bother, doesn't work either.

11. There are other better watches and apps that syncs better without having Bluetooth or Location always open.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GetFitPro Issues

1. Fix GetFitPro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GetFitPro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GetFitPro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetFitPro" » Open GetFitPro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetFitPro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GetFitPro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetFitPro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetFitPro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GetFitPro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetFitPro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GetFitPro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetFitPro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetFitPro not working


2. Fix GetFitPro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetFitPro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetFitPro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetFitPro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
