1. Shame.Awful ...it's terrible I'm gutted why would sekonda use an app like this one ..just bought their smart watch and this is the app they are using it's not been updated since 2018 .after using a Fitbit for last few years the disappointment of this app ..no words ..tried to return the watch as this app totally let's the watch downIf your device needs this app then my advice is to get a refund right away, this app is horrendous! Sadly sekonda smart watch decided to make this the only app it uses and it's so bad I boxed the watch back up and sent it back.
2. Synchronization was great and all that but 03/05/23 it stopped doing it even when I tap on the Synchronization tab at the side it just stays red I tapped it some more still nothing so uninstall it restarted my phone then reinstall the app and still will not Synchronize so what is going on so at the moment I've got a watch at least but as the app will not Synchronize to the phone its pretty useless can the people who built this god awfull app sort it please thank youThe welcome screen does not scale well on a smaller screen and buttons almost fall off at the bottom of the screen.
3. The app also loses connection to the smart watch frequently.Worked great for the first 3 days - now it won't sync my data, constantly disconnects, won't alert me of new messages and calls - ridiculously poor app.
4. For any sync-issues I found that turning off your phone and turning it back on seems to solve it.The App stopped working and syncing with the watch device.
5. The app seems lazy and primitive, offers many faces but few themes, I can't write everything wrong with it but I'll say this, if you have more than £50 for a smart watch, avoid any of them that use this app.
6. It's awful.Not the best app , needs more watch faces especially analogue.
7. Improvements I would like to see: I would like it to be able to import its information into other apps like Google Fit, I would also like to see improvement in its weather feature as the temps shown are not accurate.
8. Will be returning my watch as this joke of an app is all Sekonda seem to use.

10. Cons: Its Weather Feature is not very accurate and needs improvement to show current temps.
11. After installing version 1.3.0, I had to enable all app permissions then only could I proceed to the main screen.
I won your smart watch through my work; I didn't buy it. I wouldn't know how. I can't find anything about you or how to purchase your products. My watch is brand new. I've only charged it twice, but now it's dead because there is something wrong with the charging cable. I've searched and searched about how to get another one, but your watch is so different, I find nothing and other universal chargers don't fit your watch. Are you going to make it easy for me to get another charging cable or do I have to leave a bad review? I hope you will do the right thing.
I have a Sekonda smartwatch model 30050 and iphone SE 2022. I have installed the HitFit app on my and all seemed to working ok. However, height and weight in the settings keep changing. I've ok'd every time after putting the correct information in but next day it changes again! How can I correct this so information doesn't change unless I change it?

Please can you advise how I can proceed on creating an account through the app.

invalid email address always appears when trying to signup
Have a new Sekonda smartwatch. I have downloaded the HitFitpro app it will not send a verification code or load the tourist part on the app . Can not use y to he watch without it !

I have a new Sekonda smartwatch.When I download the App and enter my email address and password (in the sign up area) and then press the “get code” button a message in Chinese appears which I believe translates as Network anomaly. I therefore cannot proceed and don’t know what to do from here

I just downloaded the app to my iphone and I can't get past the page asking for my name and picture. It keeps hinting me to set my Nickname.
I have to reset my “message push” to off numerous times (up to 10 x’s) each day - why won’t it stay off - when I turn it off it says successful but 5 mins later my watch vibrates that there is a message- very annoying!
