About CASH 1

1. Customers in Louisiana may obtain our Wealth Loan line of credit using the CASH 1 Mobile App.

2. The CASH 1 Mobile App can only be used to sign up for an account and as a servicing platform for existing customers in the states of AZ, ID, KS, LA, MO, NV, and UT.

3. With the Wealth Loan, you automatically receive a savings account where you earn interest up to 5% APY, so you can accumulate wealth while paying off the line of credit.

4. New customers will not be able to obtain personal loans using the CASH 1 Mobile App.

5. Credit products serviced within the CASH 1 Mobile App are offered by CASH 1.

6. The CASH 1 Mobile App makes it quick and convenient to access, view, and manage your CASH 1 account.

7. Personal loans may be requested but are not directly issued via the CASH 1 Mobile App.

8. The interest rate pertaining to the Wealth Loan is 27% APR, and there is a one-time $50 setup fee and a $10 monthly statement fee.

CASH 1 Customer Insights

1. I'm starting to believe this was a scam & now the company doesn't want me knowing my balance because they're increasing it without my knowledge.Cant login, says enter 5 digit code sent to phone, but never get a code.

2. Make sure loan is paid in full because again, autopay doesn't always work.

3. I started with 500.00 I'm still trying to pay it off because balance keeps changing!!! Once it's paid off no more loans for me.Do not do business with this company.

4. The thing I don't like is my balance changes everytime I check it and I don't understand why they explained it to me but it still doesn't seem right to me.

5. They give you a signed agreement amount and if you watch your balance a few times a week, balance just keeps going up.

6. My employer had to add email option for ID codes bc new mandatory software blocks them ActiveArmour ATT'sI haven't had any issues It was easy and I was approved really fast.

7. I'm unable to login to my account, it keeps making me register over & over again.

8. It ask me to register and I go through the process to do that and then it asked me to login again and so I do and then it just starts the process all over again over and over and over and it will not let me view my accounts.

9. Should be able to do everything on website not just app & app should have a secondary way to login when codes not sending like email.

10. I've asked for assistance and have gotten NONE.I've made several attempts to contact someone from customer service and I never receive any help.

11. Now the bad is sometimes the autopay feature doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CASH 1 Issues

1. Fix CASH 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CASH 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CASH 1 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CASH 1" » Open CASH 1 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CASH 1 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CASH 1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CASH 1 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CASH 1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CASH 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CASH 1 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CASH 1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CASH 1 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CASH 1 not working


2. Fix CASH 1 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CASH 1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CASH 1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CASH 1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
