2. Fix this, please.If you want a Great Workout and to be Stronger and much more in shape!! This is the Place!!! Amazing Coaches!💪The classes are wonderful, the app on my Samsung S20 is extremely disappointing.

3. This has not been an issue with the other fitness apps I have recently used.Row House Rochester is the place to go for a great 45 minute workout.

4. I have met so many wonderful people...try one class you'll be hooked.great workout especially if you are just coming back to exercise.

5. I would expect at least 5 new sessions posted per week for $20 per month plus live class options.App turns screen off based on phone display settings.

6. Row House Go videos do not overide screen timeouts (i.e. your phone goes idle and the screen shuts off because you're not interacting with your phone).

7. Would recommend anyone looking for an exciting workout to give it a try.I have been using this app since joining rowhouse Sept 2021.

8. I have to manually set my phone screen to turn off after 30 min otherwise the app shuts the screen off at the default setting even if a video is full screen.

9. The coaches and staff are always there to help and encourage you to receive the best workout.

10. This makes the videos unusable unless you go in and adjust your phone settings so the timeout time is way longer.

11. Good workout but the library seems limited.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Row House Issues

1. Fix Row House Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Row House: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Row House App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Row House" » Open Row House - Indoor row classes » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Row House » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Row House - Indoor row classes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Row House servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Row House - Indoor row classes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Row House app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Row House might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Row House. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Row House then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Row House not working


2. Fix Row House Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Row House be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Row House not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Row House may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
