1. Now i been charging for spin for a month love it money is great !!! the app needs alot of work latest patch is terrible pls add a satelite mode and fix the history way off !! and if you can add a mass turn off/on scooters lock/unlock that would be great.

2. when the app is not crashing which is very rare the functions of the app are completely unusable the map doesn't work the location for the GPS of the scooters doesn't work and if you report any of this to the company they will tell you it is your phone not the app.You have to be hired directly look on indeed or facebook ad to get hired on you cant be hired threw app.

3. After it kicks me it tells me "there is a bug in the app, and wait until the developer updates the app to fix the problem." I currently can't work till this is fix.When it works, it's great, but I have to restart the app almost every time I drop off scooters.

4. Drop spots all randomly disappear, the app doesn't remember your last used mode, and locations of scooters rarely match up between the Team and customer app.

5. Having to split focus on this unreliable app alone in the middle of my nightshift to make sure it doesn't select the wrong option/crash and with my surroundings (to, y'know, make sure I don't get abducted at these prime hours) is a little scary.

6. Certain days, it will just totally fail to load when deploying.I did everything the app asked on the beginning screen with the country code, +1 then the area code and then the phone number.

7. It says it's not a valid number which I think is a bunch of BS I've had this same number for five years and the app is saying it's not a valid number !! This app suck and you can't blame it on my phone.

8. Keeps crashing, not showing correct location of myself or scooters.Periodically logs out of app while in use.

9. Also i think the map would really work a lot better with a compass in one of the corners that changes direction based on which was your avatar arrow is pointed.

10. Lots and lots of bugs here.Can we get a better version for Android users? My map doesn't even show me all the streets and rarely has visible buildings.

11. Its extremely slow to respond to touch commands and I still randomly get logged out during shifts.App has been really buggy lately.

1. Fix Spin Team Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spin Team: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spin Team App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spin Team" » Open Spin Team » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spin Team » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spin Team app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spin Team servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spin Team" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spin Team app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spin Team might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spin Team. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spin Team then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spin Team not working

2. Fix Spin Team Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spin Team be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spin Team not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spin Team may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
