1. The only problem that it has is when you take photos of where you parked they come out weird! Also needs an option for reservations of scooters.Im not the type of person that tries to damage the reputation of a business but the app is very slow and laggy in every situation when you need a quick response system for people commuting etc.
2. The screen freezes and I have to stop the app from running, then get back into it for the screen to catch up so I can press 'Stop Ride.' And it racks up time as the screen is frozen.
3. But I tried it again recently after getting some food in town and it went full speed (which is actually a pretty good speed) the whole time l.
4. I hope they improve the app because the scooters are good. Not a comment about the app but about the service in general.Spin access program has improved my quality of life.
5. Gotcha has bikes here also and the problems with their service are: it's glitchy, it's not easy to unlock, the bikes aren't pretty much everywhere, and they aren't available half the time.
6. Expect to pay for an extra minute or two while app decides whether it really wants to end your ride or notThe scooters themselves are good and the best in my city.
7. Other than that, the app and the service is great.I love using the service and enjoy the Spin scooters over their competition, but the app is really buggy.
8. Each step in the process of locking and unlocking a scooter takes forever; you will click a button to get to the next step and the app freezes for anywhere between 10 and 60 seconds.
9. It's simple and convenient to find a scooter and go! My only issue is with the app; it's pretty glitchy when I want to stop my ride.
10. A year or two back I had a bad experience because it kept going up and down in speed constantly, full speed, slow af speed, full speed, slow af speed, on and on and on.
11. Thanks for reading.the scooters themselves are in good condition and work well, but the app for Android is the slowest I've ever used.
I’ve just noticed that I’ve paid £15 in Chelmsford on the 30th of June. I did not use the scooter. I didn’t understand how to cancel when I realised it was asking me for £15. I assumed that if I didn’t take the scooter anywhere no charge would be taken.
I attempted to use a scooter for the first time in Chelmsford. I was filling in information as it appeared until it suddenly asked for £15 payment. I couldn’t quite understand what this payment was for, it seemed much too much for the five minutes I want to use the scooter for. I really didn’t have time, at that moment, to research this further so I left the scooter where it was and closed the app. I’ve now noticed on my account I figure of -£20. So I’m now a little confused, I wonder if you can help me out with how the payments work.
