Crunchtime Teamworx Customer Insights

1. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 12 times now in the last month since the new update and this is the first time I've put such a low rating but it's irritating the app wont work for simple functionsNot seeing the whole schedule, not seeing if someone has picked up your shift until it's approved, it says "pending" as soon as you offer it instead of "offered/accepted" then "pending" when it is PENDING approval.

2. If I don't check it daily I might not know, granted the manager should notify you as well.was working fine ,had some issues but was still at least able to have my schedule n all but now cant log in ,keeps saying its not reachable ,either the developer may b working on the app or theres another bug n causing it to not work properly idk ill give it a few more days n see if itll work ,if not ill uninstall it cause its no longer dependable for work 🤨🧐🧐Garbage scheduling app.

3. I'm just trying to check my schedule for work and this is not the first time but it keeps getting Frozen on one page and it won't let me change.

4. (Yes, I've already tried EVERYTHING.) I know it's not just frozen because it still let's me swap between seeing who was working and who was off on whatever day it's stuck on, and I can select individual people, showing their contact information.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, yet it still has me stuck on the window.

5. I've deleted the app, I restarted my phone out of the app back on and it just goes back to the Frozen page and I'm sick and tired of it.This app is useful if all of your empress speak and read English.

6. I also can not find a clear answer if a notification is sent when your schedule is changed, nor does my app display many of the functions it claims to have.

7. Non English speaking employees can't request time off, take vacations, ot request shift trades.Its pretty decent.

8. It's stuck on the window to see my coworkers on a certain day, and I can't back out into my actual schedule by any means.

9. If you app is frozen on the day schedule then all you have to do is go to your phone settings and go to the crunchtime app.

10. It does not notify you when a schedule change for yourself has occurred and for that I say two stars.

11. Did a drunk and blind garden gnome create this? Worst work app I've ever had the displeasure to be forced to use.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Crunchtime Teamworx Issues

1. Fix Crunchtime Teamworx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Crunchtime Teamworx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Crunchtime Teamworx App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Crunchtime Teamworx" » Open Crunchtime Teamworx » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Crunchtime Teamworx » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Crunchtime Teamworx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Crunchtime Teamworx servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Crunchtime Teamworx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Crunchtime Teamworx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Crunchtime Teamworx might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Crunchtime Teamworx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Crunchtime Teamworx then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Crunchtime Teamworx not working


2. Fix Crunchtime Teamworx Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Crunchtime Teamworx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Crunchtime Teamworx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Crunchtime Teamworx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I’m trying to sign back onto the app but it doesn’t let me log in. It says that the username or password is incorrect and when I go to try and reset it says that the email and the phone number I use to try and reset the password, it says it’s invalid
