Why should I report an Issue with Maruti Care?

1. The app is accessible only for the car owners then what is problem to give access for the detailed history of servicing done in the past? I remember when started using the app, this feature was already enabled to view the past detailed servicing history and why not now?It was a useful app earlier, we could track service and maintenance history of Maruti car.

2. After calling service center you will have to again explain all the details of your booking just like fresh booking, making the earlier app booking completely useless.

3. It's should be good, if we can access the complete bill details for every service.

4. Like before, any user must be able to use the app for cheching service history, warranty information etc.

5. There is option for service payment, but it is not known how it is used, because I tried to use it many times but could not.The detailed breakup of the servicing done is not shown in the app.

6. without you intruding in to my privacy.This is a good app, but it has no connection with service center.

7. After booking service in app you will still have to call the service center, otherwise app booking is completely ignored.

8. If u have correct records at the service center,there wont be any issues.

1. Fix Maruti Care Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maruti Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maruti Care App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maruti Care" » Open Maruti Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maruti Care » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maruti Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maruti Care servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maruti Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maruti Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maruti Care might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maruti Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maruti Care then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maruti Care not working

2. Fix Maruti Care Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maruti Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maruti Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maruti Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
