1. Frustrating when you finish a set as the 'add' button comes up on top of the 'end' making it very difficult to save progress and finish.a lot of really good kettlebell exercises to choose from, several well planned workouts covering the whole body, videos of all exercises, the ability to alter and change things in the workouts as well as make your own custom workouts from the long list of exercises.
2. Then all homie wants is a couple bucks for his work? This app is the model I wish more apps used, make a good product outright and I'm more inclined to pay.Very good app for endurance exercices.
3. Simple app that's good if you are already a pro at form and don't take any water breaks.downloaded and the very 1st setting said a single word "weight." It repeatedly showed an error, no helpful ... anything to guide or inform me.
4. The countdown timers and ease of customising workouts is also ver good!it is a good app for kettlebell workout.
5. Good app yet need to progress, 5 stars for congatulation for that work and encouragement from myself to continue working on it.I was really enjoying using this app until i got my new phone.
6. The only things I can to claim is that the model don't move naturally (for instance, didn't move legs for Russian Swing) and the counter limited to steps of 60 times or 60 second each exercices (210=30+60+60+60), strange counter in my mind, not userfriendly.
7. However the example animations are very poor and often either don't have enough frames to get a good idea of the movement, or they encourage posture and form which is just plain wrong.
8. Where is the SAVE button? All unfriendly.I like the number of different exercises, gives me a lot of ideas for building a custom workout.
9. So after I do my warm up exercises, It counts one day complete and then i do my work sets.
10. i wanna break down my warm up exercises from my work sets.
11. The Russian swings example shows a pivot at the waist with zero bend in the knees and is simply inviting people to damage their back.Log / account transfer would be awesome.
