1. Easy start... Select workout, amount of time, optionally preview the list of exercises and begin.
2. The only thing that would make it better is to know what exercise is coming up next so that you can get ready for it (ie grab the proper weight, get in the right position, etc).Following along with the instructor is easy as they show you the move and repeat it the whole time you do it in a loop.
3. Got the full version - I created a custom workout but I see that there is a feature lacking... I'd love to be able to randomize the custom workout so it's not the same every single time.
4. My absolute favorite part is that when selecting your time for workout (5-60 minutes) the time spent working out is ACTUALLY what you selected, minus a few 30 second breaks.
5. Improvement could be making the time you select actually match the entire time the workout takes, with the rests added in.
6. You can also specify type of workout (arms/upper body/etc) and there is a person DOING THEM WITH YOU so you know what they are, the full time.

I generally look at the clock, think, I have 20 mins til I have to get ready, so I pick the 20, but it ends up being like 25 or 27 or something, which then throws me off.I just started using this app a a week ago and I feel confident it will help me develop the areas I need to improve! So far 5 stars, two thumbs up on it.
8. The 10 seconds in between aren't included in your time so you legitimately work out for however long you select.
9. My only change would be when you use the random option, it doesn't start with the 'overall' warm type exercises, so if that happens I start with slightly lighter weights.Well designed program... I just have a couple of wishes to make it perfect.
10. I have only used the upper body and core so far, and I'm impressed, especially with the ability to intensify it after each work out or maintain the intensity your at, very adaptive, awesome job developers, keep it up!Love this app.
11. Sometimes I want to use more weight and need the rest in-between sets, where other times the default cardio timing works.
