1. Really easy to just hit the button and BOOM! a never ending selection of random sets to keep things new and interesting, with videos for the non-gym types (like myself) to see what they are meant to be doing.I've lost 2 pants sizes in under a month! I applied the exercise that works nearly everything and it is amazing!!! Greg is interesting to watch and every movement he does on video, anyone can do.
2. I like the variation of the workouts and especially like the random selection so if I'm not in the mood to swing ill just skip that one! The only annoyance for me is where the 'new workout' button is - I keep hitting it by mistake, personally I'd like it to be smaller or elsewhere just for clumsy people like me.This app has been an absolute Godsend throughout the never ending lockdowns.
