1. Also the message manager part never connected me to anyone during a shift if I have a problem, not even sure what the point of having that option if you don't get a response in a timely fashion to help you with a problem pointless really.
2. I work through multiple apps and websites for small projects, but this app offers full shifts, but you only accept the shifts you can complete, which is exactly what I've been needing as a mother of 2 toddlers.
3. I do wish it was easier to contact customer service as well as a manager for a shift on the board.

8. Can be very maddening, especially since there is no phone number to call - everything must be done through the app and even then you can only contact them for one hour before or after your shift by text.
9. When I go to submit my prior work history and tap on the company that I worked for, it sends me to a white screen and I have to close the app and reopen it losing my progress.
10. I had submitted the videos it takes to start receiving shifts and they don't except the ones that I sent in I constantly have to redo them.
11. They send you a notification that isn't even close by.Support team will just copy and paste the same response to you when you have issues with the app, if they choose to respond to you at all.
I accidentally opted out of surveys also and i have no idea how to opt back in.
Now i see zero shifts and its been about 5 days.
I was thinking of maybe starting over and making a new account.
