Angi Pro Leads Customer Insights

1. Also I've requested several times for credit on leads that one, the Angie's rep pre-quoted the job for me so I lose that business and still get charged.Worst mistake I ever made! Every lead cost money, some over 100$.

There are a few snags in the system: can't program the leads to turn off at night automatically (you have to do it manually), there is not enough time between leads to finish with one customer and the phone is ringing with another customer, and when you call in, you have to go through a long menu to get to support.

3. I don't even want to use them but have been charged for leads because I was too busy to turn them off when the previous pause of leads expired (only 48 hours?!).

4. Support is very helpful, many of the leads are productive, and the service is really helping my business grow.I like the app, but I wish there was a way to pause from getting leads.

5. I received an email saying that my lead's would be turned back in 48 hours but I received a new lead that same day! Glitch?! I've updated my business zip areas several times but each time it's changed it doesn't stay the way I put it.

1. Fix Angi Pro Leads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Angi Pro Leads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Angi Pro Leads App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Angi Pro Leads" » Open Angi Pro Leads » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Angi Pro Leads » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Angi Pro Leads app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Angi Pro Leads servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Angi Pro Leads" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Angi Pro Leads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Angi Pro Leads might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Angi Pro Leads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Angi Pro Leads then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Angi Pro Leads not working


2. Fix Angi Pro Leads Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Angi Pro Leads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Angi Pro Leads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Angi Pro Leads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
