1. When it does work..it appears to show/provide "PRO's" that can just as easily be found in the yellow pages and local advertising! It's really just an alternative Phone Book Directory, and 50% of the time the APP indicates that your identity can't be verified or it indicates that "Pro's" are found in the area..then shows NONE.Awful...they used to actually care but now it is a better graphic interface and the worse service imaginable.

2. Each time there is a text or email indicating the business wants to give you a quote, responding takes you right back into the Angi app instead of a connection with the business.Decent app for locating contractors and companies to help with projects.

3. Maybe put the lead fee in the notifications, so it's easier to track lead cost.The switch from "Angie's List" to "Angi" turned the service into a great way to get spammed by contractors.

4. I had to waste so much time through chat and on the phone with customer service to see if they can fix it and they just rescheduled the appointment and told me to just text the pro directly.

5. They've made it impossible to actually do any research and instead just send your contact information to a bunch of random contractors as soon as you start looking into a project.

6. You can text! But no one ever responds! What the beep happened ?? I used to be able to create a project and get actual people...now it is just a waste of time.

1. Fix Angi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Angi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Angi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Angi" » Open Angi: Hire Home Service Pros » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Angi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Angi: Hire Home Service Pros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Angi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Angi: Hire Home Service Pros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Angi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Angi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Angi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Angi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Angi not working

2. Fix Angi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Angi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Angi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Angi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
