1. The SEA Port Mobile app is the quickest way for team member ambassadors to stay up to date and engaged.
1. I tried picking up an extra shift for my last two days of work and it keeps saying an unexpected error occurred and to contact support.
2. Downloading pdfs through the internal app browser would lead to corrupted files and extra hour shifts would no longer show on others schedule's.
3. Every couple months the app will make you reset your password but it always says that your current password is wrong and when you try to reset your password it says that it is going to send you an email but it never does.
4. Hasn't been updated since 2021???? Tried contacting developers for close to a year with no response.The app isn't working, and now, my calendar won't show my shifts or anything now.
5. 4 Hopefully yours will work in under 30 minutes of your lunxh tinkering with the timecloxk.Doesn't support Android versions 12+ so good luck trying to use it if you have a newer phone.
6. So you end up losing points for days you couldn't even show up for.Worked pretty fine for a while but issues began to occur more and more often.
7. Useful but not good.The section that showed the total hours worked for the day that you selected and the total hours worked during the pay period is missing.
8. Is this a joke? Also it used to show hours worked for the week and now its forever recalculating them.Temperamental app.
9. You get locked out of your account until you call the IT number on a park phone.No matter what you do, you can't change your schedule.
10. Just says they are great and wonderful, but don't tell you how to actually get things working.
11. So i'd have to come into the HR office to have the front desk lady or man reset it and get on the app through the desktops there to view my schedule.
