I've even updated the app to see if that was the issue but nope it wasn't.After the latest update, I can no longer continue to use the Scan and Go feature without signing in, which is problematic when you go to use the app and find out that you'd been signed out (my password is written down at home).

2. I have to leave the app to use a browser just to find the listed gas prices which kinda defeats the purpose of having an app that does (almost) everything you can do on the website.Like the app just can't seem to use the scan and go feature even though I am a plus member.

Don't trust their inventory and think you can place orders for pick up, they just end up cancelling the order without an explanation, and if they deliver something you can bet it will not be the one you selected specifically (color, size, etc.). Until they get their inventory under control, don't bother to trust it, it lies.I've been using the app for years with no problems.

4. A big time saver when it comes to checking out also great for checking prices for any items that are not sale priced in the store or don't have a price at all.

5. For some reason the designers make Scan & Go more difficult by not returning the user to the scan function, so users have to do extra steps between items.

6. Recently, I've had issues logging into my account as well as using scan and go both in the store and at the gas pump.

7. Still, at least more of a convenience than not...Its pretty good, but it would be better if it showed fuel prices at your favored location (or any location, honestly), especially since thats part of being a member anyway.

8. Updated 6/11/2023: This app was great, but the last couple of updates have caused issues with paying for fuel.

9. It is very easy to remove items from your cart and also extremely easy to add multiple items.

1. Fix Sam’s Club Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sam’s Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sam’s Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sam’s Club" » Open Sam’s Club: Shopping made easy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sam’s Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sam’s Club: Shopping made easy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sam’s Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sam’s Club: Shopping made easy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sam’s Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sam’s Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sam’s Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sam’s Club then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sam’s Club not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sam’s Club be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sam’s Club not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
