1. Are you testing the app before you upload it in store???EN: the app doesn't work at all, it doesn't show any product, in fact the home of the app is just the logo of Samplia in a grey background.

2. It doesn't give away products and it also forced you to rate a product that you didn't try im order to opt to another product, SCAM.I'm very happy and good satisfied.

3. Doesn't give me the product and ask me to answer the survey!!!I tried to take a product after the person in front of me did, but the app gave us at the same time one product and now I'm left with nothing.

4. Broken app I would rate 0 stars if I could.This app feels too much invasive: it asked for a ton of information (mobile number, full location tracking, etc.), to just get a free sample that may cost less than 50cts.

5. Rest of the times it either gives me a wrong location an error message when accepting terms and conditions or it says it is dispensing the sample but nothing comes out.

1. Fix Samplia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Samplia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Samplia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Samplia" » Open Samplia » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Samplia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Samplia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Samplia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Samplia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Samplia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Samplia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Samplia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Samplia then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Samplia not working

2. Fix Samplia Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Samplia be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Samplia not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Samplia may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
