Airyclub Customer Insights

1. Please can it get back to how it used to be?Ordered 4 items so far, 3 cheap, tatty and unwearable, the other item is passable - 2 buttons came off after the first wash! Be aware that you will not receive a full refund if you need to request one,its either refused or you receive a tiny fraction of the cost price.

2. They are quick to take payment and show shipping has happened within same day!!! Scam artist....received items damaged as was the packaging there refusing a refund even though I sent pictures.

3. It does take a long time but on the plus side, the delivery is free!Very dodgy!! First order I did, everything was fine on this app.

4. Email correspondence all was fine and received my order on time.

5. ALSO some prices are misleading as advertised is not always available but higher price is !! Need clearer Comment review of item page as pressed button to post accidently.

6. LIE.Absolutely disgusting theres no delete button to delete order and they don't respond to email.

7. A touch screen watch that doesn't work, I sent them a picture of me touching the screen and they say it doesn't prove it doesn't work.

8. Second order placed, the order has been pending for 2 weeks for strange reason.

9. Total rip off scam, do not order!!Good so far.

10. Recently iv had lots of refund notices and the items I was happy to buy have disappeared from their site.

11. Sent 2 faulty items and won't refund.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Airyclub Issues

1. Fix Airyclub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Airyclub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Airyclub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airyclub" » Open Airyclub - Enjoy Shopping » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airyclub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Airyclub - Enjoy Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airyclub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airyclub - Enjoy Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Airyclub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airyclub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Airyclub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airyclub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airyclub not working


2. Fix Airyclub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Airyclub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Airyclub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Airyclub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt Was ich bekommen habe ist eine komplett andere Tasche das ist nicht das gleiche was auf dem Bildern ist. Ebenso ist kein Henkel mit dabei wie auf dem Bild zusehen ist.

    Ich bitte sie jetzt zum zweiten Mal höflich darum mir das Geld zurück zu erstatten, weil Sie mir einen Artikel geschickt haben welcher nicht wie auf den Bildern zusehen ist. Wenn sie mir das Geld nicht erstatten werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten, weil sie gegen ihre nutzungs Bedingungen und die Rechte der Kunden verstoßen. Ich bitte um Rückerstattung!

  • Hallo ich habe gestern einen Artikel erhalten und wollte eine Rückerstattung ihr habt es abgelehnt!

    Ich habe euch vor fast 1,5 Monaten bezüglich dieser Bestellung angeschrieben mit den yeezys : (schlechte Qualität )& viel zu große Schuhe ( entspricht nicht der Größe )

Sie antworten mir aber nicht & Wenn Sie meiner Anfrage nicht folgen, werde ich mich an die Polizei melden, weil sie ihren eigenen Geschäftsbedingungen nicht nachgehen! Das ist Betrug !

  • Hallo, ich habe meine Anfrage auf Rücksendung einiger Artikel wurde abgelehnt.Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen da auf der App steht dass rücksendungen problemlos möglich seien. Außerdem ist es sehr verwerflich, dass man auf der App keine Kontaktmöglichkeit zu ihnen hat. Ich verlange rücksendungseticketten sodass ich die Artikel zurücksenden kann.

  • I ordered stuuf from Airyclub.paid and took the amount of money ivr purchased but my orders are still pending..unless i must take a picture of thr front of my card ivr used to pay my stuff otherwise orders will br pending.. ivr dobe that taking picture (thats stupid to do. 🥺) and im teying to contacy thembut there wasnt any ways to contact them...
