Why should I report an Issue with WeAreMore: Find a Therapist + Free Peer Support?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of The Modi Group, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. But that could changeyeah this is great its really nice for people to be able to relate to eachother where as sometimes just feel like you are alone in your head and experiences and its nice for people to be able to get mental health support and chat.

2. The people within this communuty are mostly genuine, and provide great support when local supports may not be available.Would have given it 5 stars as the support on here is great but it's terrible the kinds of people that are let on here to contact vulnerable people.

3. I really love the app its one of my favorites that I have on my phone 😊Being a volunteer peer support specialist in NY i find this great to connect to more of my peers who may just need an extra ear, or maybe they dont know where to begin.

4. Perhaps we should be able to follow people to receive notifications from them? Or just hve a notification bell im general, in case that person is...not doing so well, just to give advice and support.

5. If the mods don't sort out who they allow on here then I'll have to look for somewhere else to get support.Great app too look for others who struggle with similar challenges.

6. Also...perhaps insert some games? Nothing too big...card games and what not...some people feel as tho it is just either a little too depressing or a little too quiet within the app sometimes...I really love to have this community of people with struggles similar to mine.

7. well I like the app but the user interface isn't very user friendly and the app keeps crashing on me for no apparent reason I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 I try to comment or post something but the entire app just stops usually before I can finish typing anything, I cannot identify any specific trigger for the crashes.

8. Tried using a Google account to which you are told you need to allow it access to your google drive.

9. Cool concept, failed execution.Would like to be able to reply to other messages on a post.

1. Fix WeAreMore Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeAreMore: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeAreMore App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeAreMore" » Open WeAreMore: Find a Therapist + Free Peer Support » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeAreMore » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeAreMore: Find a Therapist + Free Peer Support app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeAreMore servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeAreMore: Find a Therapist + Free Peer Support" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeAreMore app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeAreMore might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeAreMore. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeAreMore then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeAreMore not working

2. Fix WeAreMore Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeAreMore be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeAreMore not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeAreMore may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
