1. They will claim your insurance is in network, then bill it as out-of-network so they can keep sending you bills for months and months even after you cancel the service, and every time you think "Okay, I've FINALLY paid nocd everything I owe them," never fear, they will bill you again 6 months later for 11x your copay, for no reason at all! RUN AWAY from this app.I haven't seen any ads tbh! This is the only OCD support I've partaken in because it's easy to use and actually helpful.
2. Hope to see that change so the app is more user friendly for therapies. Can't even create an account, because it refreshes the page everytime I switch tabs to view the verification code sent to my email.
3. I have already been through ERP/ACT therapy and I will mention that in my posts but they will still comment saying "have you tried ERP/ACT therapy?" So irritating.I love the community portion of this app.
4. I tried to sign up twice, and each time I switched tabs to view the verification code, the app would refresh, erasing all progress.Absolute scam.
5. Takes a lot of effort and time to work through OCD but this is a great place to startI really like the whole concept of this app, but you need infographic style videos to explain the concepts and such more.
6. (Also, please add a black mode!) UPDATE v2.1: Fixed! Thanks Ray ☺️ Also like the redesign! It's a wonderful and graceful software that offer us information about the condition and help us to handle with itself.

8. The algorithm's issue I reported in has been fixed; the developers were friendly and attentive.
9. I'm even considering the therapy option, even though they don't accept my insurance so I am staying with my current therapist as of the moment.
10. But now, whenever I post about an issue I am having I receive an "alumni" response that Isn't helpful at all.
11. I'd post a concern and ask for advice and recieve a lot of help and support from fellow OCD sufferers.
It was good treatment, no problems
Never used. Trying to avoid having too much information out on the internet.
