Epilepsy Support Customer Insights

1. Here again because i cant just find people and search for them.Which doesnt make any sense if there isnt privacy extremes where everything written shows on the main pinboard for everyone to see.Arent we here to socialize? Isnt that the point? The people on this app are getting more rude and rude as I come in.

2. After a little while it's getting deleted and that's itLove the app but,my low rating is because of the app itself.Things like, way too hard to find someone that commented and asked to speak.Almost impossible to use the app to find this person and navigate.Get added to a team cant find the person to add.

3. But they have no way for my to close my account. Can who ever develops this app sort the issues regarding logging in, I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I want to use it otherwise I'm greeted with an error message.

4. Been going on for months now and many users within the Forum have the same issues. Its nice to have an app for epilepsy social network.

5. its saying user registration failed.I've been signed up in this site for a year and love the fact.

6. It doesn't go through when I hit edit or save whatever...will not let me sign up! it keeps saying error when all my info is there.

7. Every time I end up signed out and have to sign back in, I end up with an error message and cannot sign back in.

8. As wonderful as this social media site could be, not only is it difficult to navigate it is clearly difficult to get on and off even if you are popular, like myself.

9. I've met, made new friends with people who understand what I'm going through.

10. A big problem is I was able to log out and delete the program off my machines.
