I hope you guys don't change in the future cause this is one of the most easy and fastest app to send and receive money I've seen/used so far.This app sucks it's has been working well all of a sudden I withdraw money from my savings and send it to another account and I can't get the money in the account I sent it to I talked to the customer care but raven can't fix the problem now my money has hanged in the air on ravenThis app has a lot of problems,when I try verifying my bvn,and do the whole face recognition,it doesn't work,it says an unknown error occured,please fix this.I purchased airtime and for one reason it was not credited to the person I sent it to and I make a complain and it was reversed and my cash was sent to my wallet.

Can't login and i can't change my mobile numberTrash Recently its been nothing but annoying delayed alerts if you get email alerts it wont reflect on the wallet,or you get nothing at all there used to be instsnt reversal if your debit transaction doesn't pull through,can't believe I recccomended the app to someoneI shouldn't haveThis bank is very useless!!! This has to be the worst way to start banking with an app.

4. At this point I don't wish to continue banking and I just want my MONEY!!!!!My few days of using it, I can tell already that the app is cool and easy to use.

6. Yesterday I opened a raven account and I made a deposit into the account over twenty four hours ago yet I wasn't credited.
7. Pls what could be d issue.Such a great app to use but my problem with raven is about sign in option, atleast you people should have many sign in options.
8. I've also tried verifying my account to increase my limits, but I end up having to do it again from scratch after submitting.
9. Now I've sent an email to the customer care email yet there's no response.
10. But since the new update, if I transfer money, it will take some minute to show on the history.
11. With the latest update,(as of June16) I have to wait a full minute before login screen shows.
