1. But there are many add on advertising which I think should not be.Why is the APP LOCKER NOT KEEPING MY APPS LOCKED??!!! I have all my apps locked, yet I go back & check a few hrs later & some of them are unlocked!! NO SECURITY!!!! This happens everyday! I've also noticed since downloading this 1 month ago, that it's freezing me out of the apps I'm using & I'm forced to start all over, from the beginning! Also, it's making my phone very slow & the amount of ads are ridiculous! It takes forever just to exit & you have to go thru like 10 ads b4 it will let you!Not sure yet as only just downloaded it.

Could be the best one I've come across up2 now??It gets the task done but is far too many ads way too many ads you going in there real quick to try to clean your phone up and all they do is stick all these ads in your face and it's hard to complete the task you want to do sometimes it doesn't show how to skip the ad and you wind up just exiting out of the whole app without finishing what you wanted to doIt's very good.

3. Thank You for your hard work!!!!!Why is there not an option in settings so we can set a time of day to run a virus scan(etc etc) automatically at a set time of day? This app doesn't even have an option to automatic update.

1. Fix Antivirus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Antivirus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Antivirus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Antivirus" » Open Antivirus: Virus Remover Boost » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Antivirus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Antivirus: Virus Remover Boost app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Antivirus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Antivirus: Virus Remover Boost" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Antivirus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Antivirus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Antivirus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Antivirus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Antivirus not working

2. Fix Antivirus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Antivirus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Antivirus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Antivirus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
