Why should I report an Issue with bCards: Business Card Scanner?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Puna Devops to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. ThanksFirst card I scan and then I have to manually select what info goes to what field .... No way to organize or list in alphabetical order by company and/or person ... a lot of potential, not there yetEasy to store business card details and retrieve is very simple.

2. I would have couple of fine tune ideas, such as 'zoom-in on scanned card' or option to store contacts to phone or Google.

3. I have one suggestion that it would be very good to add drop down functionality like full name and business name field to Phone number field or to all fields.

4. Not as advanced as the paid apps, but not complaining considering how very expensive some of the other biz card apps are -- so average score for average app.

6. Let's be honest, this app does exactly what it should and it's free on top of it! I've used many similar apps, super expensive for no reason, and I don't see how are they better than this one.

1. Fix bCards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart bCards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the bCards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "bCards" » Open bCards: Business Card Scanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for bCards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear bCards: Business Card Scanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from bCards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "bCards: Business Card Scanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check bCards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, bCards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall bCards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall bCards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing bCards not working

2. Fix bCards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make bCards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to bCards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, bCards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
