1. I took the scale back & it worked great in the Profile office, so brought it home & it still won't work for me.fix your website! I constantly get error messages and the app says i am not synced.
2. When the app did work, I enjoyed being able to check on my progress and making sure my scale synced correctly.
3. For a billion dollar company with a full scale IT staff this is a large let down for your customers.i dont see my progress from my scale that is synced.
4. Does not show as synced with the scale although the website shows it synced and has all my most recent info.
5. Now whenever I open the app it says "alert something went wrong please try again"I would give this app ZERO STARS but it forces a one star minimumrating to be able to post.
6. Now every time I open it, it says "ALERT something went wrong.
7. Or my fitness tracker... Or anything really, other than the company website.While this version is a helpful tool, it often crashes.
8. Glad I paid for a really expensive scale that I cant see the results on the app that was designed for it.
9. My fitness pal is very good at this but I would rather just use one appI have not been able to use the app in weeks.
10. I've used ww and my fitness pal and both are more intuitive and robustapp has to be shut down every time or else I can't get it open.
11. but the biggest thing is i can't get it started without closing the app.Unistalled it because I keep getting a error message.
