I recommend Sanitas to all my friends and those wishing to receive the best in medical treatment.Since the new update, unable to reschedule appointments, and evergreen request for new appointments via the mobile as I used to.... Tried rescheduling several times and couldn't do had to cancel.... and when I tried to request a new appointment, it's not possible either... It shows half a screen and can't see the options.

2. Hope you can fix it ASAP.Get application error (the connection to the server was unsuccessful) when trying to log in... Doesn't work at all on newest version of Android 13 on a Google pixel 7.Great functional app.

3. Just tried to reach the 24h videocall service and the app just freezes at the callI'm very happy with Sanitas in general, but the quality of the videoconsultas is horrible.

5. The main goal of the app should be enabling customer to quickly find a list of medical centers, but whatever you are searching for, there are always 0 results, no centers found, no doctors, no addresses, maps do not load, etc.

6. The app is all Spanish which might be an issue for non-Spanish speakers but I speak and understand basic Spanish so I personally didn't have issues.

1. Fix Mi Sanitas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mi Sanitas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mi Sanitas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mi Sanitas" » Open Mi Sanitas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mi Sanitas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mi Sanitas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mi Sanitas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mi Sanitas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mi Sanitas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mi Sanitas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mi Sanitas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mi Sanitas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mi Sanitas not working

2. Fix Mi Sanitas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mi Sanitas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mi Sanitas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mi Sanitas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
