1. seems like the app is a good idea.I like that it keeps track of my purchases and water tests but the pool profile needs some workI am a current customer yet I can't get past verification.

2. None of the weekly water tests that the Pinch A Penny Maintenance service tech does show in the App.

3. It shows old tests that were conducted in the store prior to starting the maintenance service.

4. I do like how the water samples they I take to the store show up here.Couldn't sign in.

5. I wish I could edit my pool water tests that I enter on the app.

6. Despite trying multiple times, could not get through the phone number verification process.

7. Will return the test strips ... can't use them with app.couldn't get past phone number registration.

8. After un-installing and working with 2 different store employees I was finally able to get it activated.

10. I keep turning off the notifications for this app, and everytime the phone Power Cycles this app turns them right back on.

1. Fix Pinch A Penny Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pinch A Penny: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pinch A Penny App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pinch A Penny" » Open Pinch A Penny - Pool Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pinch A Penny » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pinch A Penny - Pool Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pinch A Penny servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pinch A Penny - Pool Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pinch A Penny app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pinch A Penny might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pinch A Penny. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pinch A Penny then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pinch A Penny not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pinch A Penny be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pinch A Penny may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
