1. only 4 stars because they only let you plug in 4 water quality parameters while the Leslie Test Strips have 7 parameters, should be a place to add additional data for each sample to track and chart your changes over time (ie, date, time, recent rain event, etc).

3. They resigned it since last year and it's definitely not betterThe pool test with recommendations is great, but I wish there was an option to calculate muriatic acid because the pH of the water here is naturally very high, and dry acid doesn't do much to help.

4. It would be better if you could enter all 6 values that you get from a test strip instead of wasting your time by forcing you to take a water sample to the store to get them.

5. It is always important to keep your hot tub water balanced or else face skin irritations, infections or even damage to your hot tub! If I still am uncertain, they are always happy to check a water sample in the store.

1. Fix Leslie's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Leslie's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Leslie's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Leslie's" » Open Leslie's - Pool Care » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Leslie's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Leslie's - Pool Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Leslie's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Leslie's - Pool Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Leslie's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Leslie's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Leslie's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Leslie's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Leslie's not working

2. Fix Leslie's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Leslie's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Leslie's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Leslie's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
