1. Juts literally does not work.It does it's job, but it's little bit hard the way to choose the colors and it does not have yellow colors that it's so weird.Great program! I wish they had YELLOW, but they have lots of other colors, it works well to see your own room in a new color.Horrible visuals of paint color, all the colors appear watered down or see through and just over lap existing colors on your wall making new colors when your trying to see the color in your space , awfulColor choices are horrible and all start to look the same and the app is horrible to use to paint the picTerrible.

2. So, despite some limitations of the app, it's still the only way I can find Easy Care paint colors online, because True Value doesn't offer that on their own website.Straightforward and easy to use- take a picture and select colors to get a feel for how they'll look on walls and trim.

1. Fix EasyCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EasyCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EasyCare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EasyCare" » Open EasyCare® Color Design » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EasyCare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EasyCare® Color Design app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EasyCare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EasyCare® Color Design" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EasyCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EasyCare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EasyCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EasyCare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EasyCare not working

2. Fix EasyCare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EasyCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EasyCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EasyCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
