1. We have now added our shop and warehouse employees to this application to further reach our co-workers and provide a single source of company related resources.

2. Covenant Connect was created and designed to improve communication for our professional truck driver’s experience.

A collaborative effort within Covenant has led to a multitude of features for our Professional Drivers (such as: safety measures, load information, load assignment confirmations, document scanning, instant messaging, company communications and much more! ) and to our Shop and Warehouse employees (such as: company communications, job openings, training videos, HR documents, and much more! ).

1. Half tempted to just start sending paperwork via an actual machine so I don't have to deal with the issue.For a couple weeks now it keeps throwing up a registration error it will not allow me to fix, requiring me to Uninstall, reinstall, log in and start all over again.

2. Hope they can fix this issue because its a pain in the ass!It had problems before the update, now I can't see messages, loads and other things that I was able to see before the update, and how an I supposed to send in my load documented? This app went from bad to worse.

3. This makes you have to read your messages in a tiny little window as compared to prior versionsEverything seems to work fine at times, but sometimes I don't get my new load on the app but my coworker does and he has a 100 dollar phone and mine is pretty pricey, so thats not the issue.

4. It's riddled with bugs and won't let you access everything on its menu.Unable to send and receive any messages through the chat and also I'm not able to access some of the features of the app.

5. Due to my phone last update, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, and now it's working properly.Every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall this app.

6. Also, I have to Uninstall and reinstall because it won't let me read or write a message to my fleet team and I have to do this daily.

7. After I allow the app to take pics and access my saved docs, I am unable to access the chat function.

8. Its annoyingI like this app, but there are some features that don't work right, such as the PTA updates obviously doesn't work, while in home time I set my PTA but my foot managers tell me they aren't receiving my PTA updates.

9. There are other issues as well, such as not getting message or trip notifications until hours or even one or more days later.

10. To add insult to injury the wasted space using half of your screen real estate is not only on the homepage but also the messaging page.

11. Oh wait, I figured it out, even though I logged in using the proper user id and password it logged me on as an SRT driver not a CTG driver and had to log in again.

1. Fix Covenant Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Covenant Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Covenant Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Covenant Connect" » Open Covenant Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Covenant Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Covenant Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Covenant Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Covenant Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Covenant Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Covenant Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Covenant Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Covenant Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Covenant Connect not working

2. Fix Covenant Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Covenant Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Covenant Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Covenant Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
