Why should I report an Issue with PS Logistics?

1. Every other time I try to send a document I get an error message, "can't download to SD card." I'm not trying to download anything I'm trying to scan and send my documents.I've been using for 3 years, was pretty good at first but not anymore.

2. I keep trying to scan documents and send them over and every few seconds the app loads up and continues to load.

3. Can't send in paperwork or talk with dispatch or look at loads information.Keep getting, foreign contraint key invalid error.

4. Half the time it says I can't use it while moving (even though I haven't moved in OVER 5 HOURS) also, it take seemingly forever to load half the time.The update that just happened has ruined the app.

5. Now it constantly locks you out while sitting still, constantly fails to actually send documents uploaded to it, constantly crashes/freezes/glitches, periodically has to be removed and reinstalled.

6. good work P&S! ....I'm not sure what other drivers are talking about saying that you can't see available loads because I can and accept/decline them..should atleast know your way around the app before you leave a review js.

7. The app is unusable it always thinks you are driving for 50 out of 60 seconds it takes 10 mins to do something that should take 1 it was better when you could continue to message you dm when it did the driving lock thing.

8. Every time I try to scan my bills, the app locks up as if I were driving.

9. App gets significantly worse with every single update.The automatic lock that activates when the app senses movement is absolutely beyond annoying.

10. This increases the time it takes to submit my documents greatly.

1. Fix PS Logistics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PS Logistics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PS Logistics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PS Logistics" » Open PS Logistics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PS Logistics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PS Logistics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PS Logistics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PS Logistics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PS Logistics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PS Logistics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PS Logistics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PS Logistics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PS Logistics not working

2. Fix PS Logistics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PS Logistics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PS Logistics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PS Logistics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
