1. Ironically, I was able to enroll through the website using the Internet browser on my phone, even though one of the customer service reps told me I could only do that using an actual computer.I keep trying to login in and it says to try again no connection from server but i have reinstalled and it keeps telling me that even after I went to the bank to get it fixed.

Will only use the website.slow, very basic, and if you need a random security check will not sent email in enough time to verify and will time out every time!!!Literally JUST tried to login, which should mean I have the latest version... I can't login with my user id that we've had since opening our account.
3. So I have the option of changing my ID to an unintelligible string of numbers that I will never remember, or not being able to ever cash my checks (I work 8am-4pm).

5. Being able to deposit a check is an insanely welcomed feature.
6. sometimes the amount doesn't look right but since there is no running total, I have to look on the website.
7. Well, I logged in on my computer with the exact same credentials, and my user ID is composed of letters.
8. I should be able to see a running total.
9. Can't log in, it tells me my user ID must be numbers between 6 and 12 characters long.
10. I have tried several times but I am not receiving the verification code to my email.
11. I've made sure I have WiFi and it still isn't letting me in.I'd rate it worse if I could.
