1. I wouldn't even give this app one starThis is the parking attendant only app! The stupid people in West Hartford Connecticut have the wrong app logo on their sign so most people download the wrong app which doesn't work for paying for parking! Based on the years of one star reviews, they've allowed this to go on which means management at this company is inept!App crashes and crashes the tablet.

2. The latest update is a nightmare, the streets do not auto populate, the printer disconnects Incessantly, you have to press buttons to view your totals instead of it just being there, it is slows and it crashes all the time.

3. I can't log in, cant create a new account, calling the phone number, there is no technical assistance or support of any kind.

4. Please fix this app otherwise a great tool.The application should not need my phone, location, and camera permissions to function.

5. Why does it want permission to manage my phone calls and access my pictures.

6. the latest update dated June 12 is actually another nightmare.

7. for example it always crashes or says app is not workingI think this app is actually a scam designed to steal passwords and such.

8. In fact, the only thing thats really consistent is the "Calculating adjustments" errors that make ticket writing impossible sometimes.

9. Use another app.It's a great app just needs a major update with all the bugs.

10. Getting rid of ComPlus was the worst thing Passport ever did.

11. It's supposed to make ticketing easy but it doesn't work right, everything has to be done manually and it doesn't sync.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Passport OpsMan Issues

1. Fix Passport OpsMan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Passport OpsMan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Passport OpsMan App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Passport OpsMan" » Open Passport OpsMan Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Passport OpsMan » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Passport OpsMan Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Passport OpsMan servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Passport OpsMan Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Passport OpsMan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Passport OpsMan might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Passport OpsMan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Passport OpsMan then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Passport OpsMan not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Passport OpsMan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Passport OpsMan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
