1. Interface is nice too, except App icon, in Google Play market icon is OK, but on my Android desktop its in low resolution or just badly designed.Sometimes apps surprise you by just working well and this one did just that! I got an email with a QR code but nowhere to store it.

2. Love it.I tried to use the boarding pass on the app to go through to security and it wouldn't work, even when the staff tried to do it at the desk it crashed their computer.

3. For example for some tickets it can display additional information which is not displayed in another apps, also it can display notification at time of event.

4. There is a Pro option that supposedly allows you to create reusable templates.Thank goodness there is a way to store Boarding Passes on Android.

5. Will remove app after event tickets expire.I see no flaws although I neither can compare with other apps, since it's the first one I've used of this type.

6. I had to add it to my Apple Wallet first and then send it to my Android phone.

7. I had to go all the way back to the check in desk for them to print a new boarding pass off which was frustrating because I only had hand luggage.

8. App not worth the stress.Does exactly what it says it does - accepting Apple Wallet passes.

1. Fix Pass2U Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pass2U Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pass2U Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pass2U Wallet" » Open Pass2U Wallet - Digital Card » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pass2U Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pass2U Wallet - Digital Card app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pass2U Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pass2U Wallet - Digital Card" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pass2U Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pass2U Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pass2U Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pass2U Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pass2U Wallet not working


2. Fix Pass2U Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pass2U Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pass2U Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pass2U Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
