Wallet Customer Insights

1. Reservation number and airline name are not there; hope to be added also.Simple and it works! It's listed as an option when trying to open a pkpass file, which is exactly what I needed.A clean visually pleasing experince that presents the information front and center.

2. Great design! Just a few personal recommendations: add passes automatically when you download them on the phone, automatically increase phone's brightness to maximum when clicking on the barcode, and show merchant logo on the ticket to easily recognise it.

3. Keep up the good work! Update: they already included the brightness feature, looking forward for the next update!A clean, simple, minimal app for storing passes and tickets.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wallet Issues

1. Fix Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wallet" » Open Wallet - Passbook Passes on An » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wallet - Passbook Passes on An app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wallet - Passbook Passes on An" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wallet not working


2. Fix Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
