Why should I report an Issue with FreeRoam - Campgrounds, Boondo?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of FreeRoam Foundation to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Question for the developer: will the app be adding support for paid campgrounds as well? We use a few different apps to find regular campgrounds, but all the filtering options you provide here would be great for that since we don't really do a whole lot of free camping.I work in a field where camping and travel is basically a requirement.

2. Things I'd like to see changed in future updates are mostly around the functionality and user-friendliness of Trips (like being able to edit the location of an existing destination, destination date setter with a calendar view selection, etc.).What a spectacular camping app! You developers seem to have thought of everything.

3. Shows different layers of land ownership (BLM, FS, NPS, etc) which tells me were Backcountry camping would be allowed, or when I need to find a campsite, which are comprehensively shown on the map.

4. My hat's off to you, and thank you so much for writing this! Hey all you campers! This app has so many features that others don't: cell coverage, weather, crowded-ness, road conditions, noise, shade, and any of these as affected by season-->spring, summer, fall, winter.

7. Just wish I had found it soonerI've searched and used every major RV trip planner and this is a combination of the best of those (AllStays, RV Parky, etc) AND about 90% MORE of the features I wish those apps had.

8. As a remote worker, I find the cell phone signal filter and service map incredibly useful... This app is so well done.

1. Fix FreeRoam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreeRoam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreeRoam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreeRoam" » Open FreeRoam - Campgrounds, Boondo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreeRoam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreeRoam - Campgrounds, Boondo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreeRoam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreeRoam - Campgrounds, Boondo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreeRoam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreeRoam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreeRoam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreeRoam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreeRoam not working

2. Fix FreeRoam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreeRoam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreeRoam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreeRoam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
