1. For a company that is supposed to assist with medical emergencies, this is unacceptable.Terrible & useless waste of phone memory, I hope the actual support is better if I need it!! Not at all intuitive! And obvious NO help contacts.

2. Please, don't need reply me like "Please email to blablabla" This apps can show my info correctly, but still not helpingI can't believe, a company this size, has an App so poor in design and functionality.

5. The attention of medical service is good but sometimes they don't give you a prescription and you need it for a refund.Receive a msg in Portuguese, don't know what to do with itThey only refund in Pesos, even if you paid in USD.

6. Won't remember my voucher so need to reenter every time! If I remember it or the piece of paper it's written on! and I've got internet i can see (and download) the policy, cover, etc.
