1. Tried reinstalling with no success, very disappointed because I like to be able to track/see where buses are at but can now no longer do so.It did work fine but since I've been using it on my Pixel 7 Pro the ticket QR code does not appear on the screen large enough and it takes ages to scan, if it does at all.

2. It's really frustrating please sort it out!App is supposed to prevent contact less payments when boarding with an e-ticket (when using the app), however I have been double charged with the tap on-off system Cardiff Bus has 'recently' implemented.

3. Would love "delete favourite stop" to have an "are you sure" pop-up as i delete mine all the time by accident but it's a minor inconvenience.Worse service ever.

4. So easy to use and no need to worry about having the right change, or fumbling about with my purse, while trying to keep an eye on the kids.

7. Bus GPS tracking broken, doesn't tell you the buses current position as it delayed by approximately 5 minutes.

8. The new notification system when you're approaching your stop is great when you're in an unknown area.

9. But the big problem is the power draw, is will suck the life out of your battery really quick if you leave it on or in the background (Something that the old one did not do).

1. Fix Cardiff Bus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cardiff Bus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cardiff Bus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cardiff Bus" » Open Cardiff Bus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cardiff Bus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cardiff Bus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cardiff Bus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cardiff Bus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cardiff Bus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cardiff Bus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cardiff Bus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cardiff Bus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cardiff Bus not working

2. Fix Cardiff Bus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cardiff Bus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cardiff Bus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cardiff Bus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
