3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I need an app to track my rewards programs but it doesn't do any good if you can't get major airline or hotel accounts added.It should only show you the best spend option for the cards you actually own and then separately suggest other cards for which to apply to get better benefits.

2. Not all accounts stay up to date (can even be a month or more out of date) so not being able to see this in the overview is problematic.So far so good! I've always used this app for points tracking but recently started using their trip manager and I'm in awe.

3. KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid! This app is very smooth! Wish the website was a bit more 'colorful' and could allow the user to cross-check the accounts a bit more clearly (ie moving alllll the credit scores to the bottom).

6. When you create a trip maybe alternate the color or include a pic of the city to differentiate.Perfect app for collating various rewards' portfolio, reconciling them at regular intervals, and highlighting associated offers.

7. Have wasted a lot of time trying to update connected accounts, when in the end the fastest course of action was to remove the account from Award Wallet and then reconnect it.

8. C'est la vie!Been using AwardWallet for a few years now and the service itself has been useful considering all the points I have to keep track of.

10. Lots of accounts now send a 2fa challenge... AW displays a message saying the acc is asking for one but never pops up the box allowing input of the code, just sits there and times out.

1. Fix AwardWallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AwardWallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AwardWallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AwardWallet" » Open AwardWallet: Track Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AwardWallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AwardWallet: Track Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AwardWallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AwardWallet: Track Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AwardWallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AwardWallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AwardWallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AwardWallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AwardWallet not working

2. Fix AwardWallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AwardWallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AwardWallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AwardWallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
