1. And just like 95% or so of other reviews,im having the same issue....can not update new version of App! It doesnt work at ALL now!!! You should give us extra rewards since we havent been able to use it for days.

2. I've been a loyal Citgo customer for years.The rewards program and rewards account number don't work at citgo locations.

3. They have lost my business!Won't run because it says new version dropped August 2nd and forces play store to open and there's no new update.

4. Wish timer for coupon also had qr scan or barcode for redemption at locations, as I've found some locations don't know how to redeem the specials/offers.The notification of the new upgrade rolling out on 8/1/2022 still shows when i open the app.

5. I requested the cashier at citgo to apply my rewards number so my price at the pump would be lowered.

6. Whatever issues this may have had in the past I'm glad to see they've listened and fixed them!I will go elsewhere now! May or may not utilize the .10 cents off every now & then! The extra $9.00 off each month has been removed! I used that for extra savings as much as I could...especially with prices now going up! I guess I will need to go elsewhere since the $9 is no longer an option.

7. I am losing out on $.09 off a gallon today (Friday) and im not happy about it!!! I used to really like this app but if it doesnt get fixed soon, I'm gonna find another brand of gas to use.Was happy until the "update".

8. Train your employees how to use it.Since the new update the app has gotten much easier to use, and I love that they made the discounts an every day thing instead of having to "check-in".

9. Nevemind all the time we wasted messing with this BS... Smhgreat app! only downside is some store locations have no cellular service, so once service drops, the offer disappears.

1. Fix Club CITGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Club CITGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Club CITGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Club CITGO" » Open Club CITGO - Gas Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Club CITGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Club CITGO - Gas Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Club CITGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Club CITGO - Gas Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Club CITGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Club CITGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Club CITGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Club CITGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Club CITGO not working

2. Fix Club CITGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Club CITGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Club CITGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Club CITGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
