CIRCLE K Customer Insights

1. The clerk scans my mobile ID, but it never takes the $2 off my total! Please fix this!! I always end up loosing out on my rewards because it wont work!! Very frustrating!! Also please bring back "spin and win" loved playing!!!I use to have nothing but positive things to say about this app.

2. This has been going on for a week.Rewards are great - when you can use them! The $2 rewards show up in my account, but for some reason not ever able to use them in the store.

3. The previous update ended up blocking me from being able to redeem 3 Rewards that ended up expiring.

4. But when I take the product to the register and hit the "redeem offer" button on the app and the clerk scans the barcode that pops up, it never discounts the item.

5. I am in SC and never been able to redeem my spin & wins.

6. If it work correctly, the rewards program would be worth my time.

7. Guess what? I've deleted the app, my account & destroyed the card! 🖕 App has been having a LOT of issues lately.

8. The holiday giveaway program, for example, is ridiculous (the app doesn't appear to update daily so some items are never actually available).

9. You can even find coupons for money off of snacks or drinks, or sometimes even for free! I have noticed occasional slowdown, but restarting the app fixes it.

10. Now, since the September 18, 2019 'bug fix' I haven't been able to launch the app.

11. Once again I had to uninstall and reinstall the app.***UPDATE*** Got an EXTREMELY rude email response I sent about the issue.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CIRCLE K Issues

1. Fix CIRCLE K Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CIRCLE K: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CIRCLE K App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CIRCLE K" » Open CIRCLE K » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CIRCLE K » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CIRCLE K app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CIRCLE K servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CIRCLE K" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CIRCLE K app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CIRCLE K might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CIRCLE K. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CIRCLE K then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CIRCLE K not working


2. Fix CIRCLE K Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CIRCLE K be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CIRCLE K not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CIRCLE K may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have the old circle K app and I'd like all my information deleted from it along with terminating my account. Since it's old and no longer available on the app store I can't update it and choose to delete it manually.

  • The reasons I want to delete my Circle K data/account is it used my location too much I got a message and the rewards don’t work on my phone and it’s purposeless to have and be apart of. My Circle K info: name is Alex Joseph Reveles, my email is revelesalex16@redacted, my phone number is (562)741-7124, my card is ****3780, my date of birth is 03/01/1998, my gender is male, and my mailing address is 12612 Ibbetson Ave Downey Ca 90242. The law of my request is under GDPR or CCPA. Circle K the penalty for non compliance is a fine of $7,500 under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

  • I would like my account deleted because every time I try to sign into the sip and save account too and my payment it keeps telling me "internal system error" for everything. So I want to try and remake the account.

  • Hello i want to delete an old account which was registered on email tamsiaplaukia@redacted I don’t use that email for a long time and I don’t remember the pasaword of it. Also I want to register a new account but the system doesn’t let me to do so because my phone number was linked with an old account. So i am asking you to delete all my old data so i can create a new account on circle k app

  • Hello, I want to delete an account which was created long time ago on my email tamsiaplaukia@redacted and i don’t remember the password of it but i want to register a new account on circle k app. It doesn’t let me to register a new account because my telephone number was synchronised with the email i don’t use for a long time.

  • I payed $14.00 today the first payment was 6 dollars and some change but then the second time it didn’t go though so I had to pay 7 dollars which I shouldn’t have to pay the whole point is to pay less not dealing with this issue anymore
