8. So I uninstalled it then got a message that just cause I uninstalled it doesn't mean I won't be charged.. ok co ol I'll cancel except there is no place to do anything at all but add a bed or plant there is no contact info, no cancel your subscription here it even renew it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Garden Organizer Issues

1. Fix Garden Organizer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Garden Organizer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Garden Organizer App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Garden Organizer" » Open Garden Organizer: Manager & Pl » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Garden Organizer » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Garden Organizer: Manager & Pl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Garden Organizer servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Garden Organizer: Manager & Pl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Garden Organizer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Garden Organizer might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Garden Organizer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Garden Organizer then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Garden Organizer not working
